Governments have openly done this for years. I’m not sure why anyone would say this is “false”

So what is she trying to say, that Helene was man made to destroy the Red states of the SE prior November?

I think what she is hinting at is Helene grew from an amorphous mass of disorganized clouds into a Cat 4 in like 1-2 days.
I am not saying I agree with her, but given this technology has been around so long, how can we not keep an open mind about this one.
NB4 - Jet Stream, cool front push, warm water in Gulf. I know.
Maybe the PTB can harness these conditions and make a Cat 1-2 stronger?

They were seeding the clouds in Dubai and caused some flooding... IMO I think can't prevent weather but they can make the rain worse...

Seems like by now they'd have tech to prevent things like strong hurricanes or severe weather outbreaks from happening

Yep. A seeding operation literally just happened, was overdone, and flooded one of the riches places in the world and it was all over the news.

That is what I question as well.
Just today, we started around 69-70 degrees and then got to around 90 degrees. Out west it fluctuates much more.
I fail to see any way to control everyday temperatures like the Left seems to claim with their prophecies about pending disasters, etc.
However, can we seed clouds and make more severe weather.

Yeah the cloud seeding has been around but I doubt it's anything that could strengthen, much less steer, a hurricane..
