Probably said something or acted favorably towards Trump one time. They got that Mayor of NYC for saying a couple of unfavorable things about the state of the immigration system one day.

Maybe the better question is what Diddy did different than all the other abusers of fame and power, which I don’t know how anyone could rationally deny is the case, to draw the uncommon and inordinate attention? Oh for sure it’s all illegal and immoral and a very terrible thing, but I’m not so sure that’s the primary reason behind the “hullabaloo.”

Flew in sex workers... human trafficking according to the letter of the law. There's also various rumors about him being involved with the deaths of several high profile people including Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, and Biggie. I don't know if I necessarily believe all that personally but I guess time will tell. The government doesn't usually bring a rico case though unless there's overwhelming evidence.
