I'll assume PPR since you didn't say.
If Walker plays, you start him. If he doesn't, you don't.

10-team PPR: need TE help (don't we all?)

Kincaid at Baltimore
Kincaid the "safer" pick, but he hasn't been consistent and the Baltimore matchup spooks me a bit

I'm in a similar boat - playing matchups with a couple of players hurt. I am rolling with the following:
Singletary
Zach Moss
Hubbard
Justin Jefferson
DaVante Adams
I have Kupp and Kenneth Walker on the bench hurt, but I'm not sure who I would take out if Walker ends up playing this week. We have multiple flex spots in my league so we start 6 - 1RB, 1WR, and 1TE, then any 3 more at any of those positions. I have Pitts as my TE and Ertz as a backup.

Walker plays Monday which makes him even more risky.
Personally I would start Singletary because Dallas hasn’t been able to stop the run and Cooper.

I didn't notice that with my advice above. That definitely throws a bit of a wrench into things. Hopefully we get some clarity before Sunday afternoon.
If there is no news, I don't think he's a guy I would wait on, especially against the Lions' front seven.

I'd go with Shaheed. Dell is hurt and may not play, and I don't trust Waddle with Miami's offense (we don't even know who's playing QB for them).

Making a couple risky calls this week
Fields over Richardson:
-Richardson has been arse since week 1 and is going against the #1 D in the league. Fields has been capable and had some huge weeks last year
Taysom over Mark Andrews
-Andrews has been a black hole and is barely even running routes. Kamara is banged up after 26 Carries and I think it’s a wake up call to Kubiak that he can’t over work him. With Taysom coming back off injury I think he gets involved a lot this week

I had to start Singletary with Walker playing on Monday. Did not work out well. I have some good matchups with the rest of my lineup so we shall see.
