I am sure Iran hates Trump, but I doubt they are dumb enough to actually try this (would be bad for them). It seems to be a cover for the CIA's own attempts to assassinate him. If they are successful, they will be sure to tie it to Iran somehow. They will probably even use an Iranian patsy.

Could be a lot of possibilities. Could be Israeli intelligence, being convinced enough of an impending Trump win, trying to ensure Trump goes in with grit towards Iran. Could be Saudi intelligence for some purpose. Could be any number of other country’s intelligence, including our own.
Or could be mostly bullshite claims from the American agency or agencies that perhaps concocted it to cause confusion and discord.

Am I crazy or are the implications, at this point, of a 3rd and final(bc successful) assassination attempt on Trump damning enough that we would be literally obligated to go to war with the left?
