Released 34 years ago today. Arguably the greatest thrash metal album recorded. A masterpiece from start to finish IMHO.

Masterpiece except for Dawn Patrol. Clink should've pushed the band to can that one

Masterpiece is an understatement. That album is just pure greatness.

That album is so freaking heavy…it’s one of my all time favorites. Lucretia

No doubt! And it grabs you like a motha from the very first note. One of my all-time favorite albums by anybody.

Got to see them on this tour at a unique venue. Morrocco Temple (aka Morrocco Shrine Auditorium) in Jacksonville…

Holy shite they kicked arse that night.

What’s up Jax…still rocking I assume. Going to any shows? I’m headed up to Minnesota to see Maiden next month.

I like Dawn Patrol. Take No Prisoners is the weak spot for me.

I'm going to see them Saturday. Really going to see Mudvayne and hoping Megadeth surprises me as a bonus. I'll listen to that album tomorrow since y'all like it.

Rust in Peace blows away anything Mudvayne has ever or will ever do

I went to the Dallas area show last month. Megadeth makes Mudvayne looks like New Kids on the Block with face paint.

Been on the road a ton for work but saw Pantera and Lamb of God in Grand Rapids and then Red Fang in their home town of Portland. Was planning to see Lamb of God and Mastodon there as well but wasn’t there long enough. In middle Wisconsin right now so not much on the docket around here.

Awesome! I expect no less. Love to see your tradition still going. I was in Minneapolis two summers ago. SO many great shows there all the time.

Gonna be amazing but of course you already know that.

Up the Irons!!

It's a great album, not sure I can sign off on that though. Holy Wars is such an amazing song and intro though.

Keep enjoying great music while you can. Word around the campfire is Maiden is going to be doing a 50th anniversary tour. I’ll definitely be making it to that somewhere…we need to try and catch it together.

Masterpiece except for Mustaine's garbage vocals - Megadeth could have been so much more

The guitar solos in Hangar 18 and Tornado of Souls are just amazing to listen to every single time. Marty Friedman wrote some weird arse stuff that just worked, technically and musically. Not many can approach his creativity.

Man I would love to. Hopefully that tour would go well into 2026. My daughter is likely getting married that June and that will make anything before then tough to pull off. I can promise I’ll try to do it though.

It is absolutely on the very, very short list.
