Polling and another debate

Current polling showing a Harris lead is designed to goad Trump into accepting a late October debate.
He needs to resist.
Structurally he is in a strong position and should not force himself to navigate what is surely an effort to put Trump on a stage to answer for some October surprise.
Harris needs.something to shake this race up, Trump doesn't .

Sure have another rigged debate. It can only hurt him. He has the answer, he has debated twice and agreed to one on Fox which she declined.

JD Vance and The Big Haitian Lie which Trump compounded during the debate relegated Trump to his current underdog status, which will persist til the election. He can't and won't win, and whatever support he had with minority voters has evaporated

It's too late for another debate. Early Voting has started, and Trump doesn't need to be ambushed by hostile Moderators with an October Surprise

The only counter he should make is: “I agreed to Joe Biden’s terms for one debate. I agreed to Kamala Harris’s terms for a second debate (terms which she tried to change after I agreed to them). I will only accept a debate on Fox News or an independent debate where I choose one moderator to ask Harris questions and she can choose one to ask me question to be held no later than October 11.”

Are “minorities” truly this thin-skinned and shallow that they would knowingly vote against what is ultimately in their own best interests? I don’t believe this. I’ve seen this NPC talking point on here a lot lately.
They want another debate because the last one gave her such a big boost. If Trump had won the debate and got a huge boost, he’d be asking for another one too.
