I sit on the Easy Side, I left at Half Time only the third time in my life.

Today was DANGEROUS I can not say anything bad about anyone leaving. Facts are over 70 people were treated by EMS.

P. S. Vietnam was hotter with people shooting at us

I sit on the east side and stayed the whole time but I was absolutely miserable. Don’t blame anyone for not dealing with that

Fall my arse. We will still be in the 90’s and with the humidity feel like the 100’s.

Friends of mine had to leave. They saw multiple people passing out from the heat (not the booze).

Ever think it might have something to do with the fact that some 75% of people are chronically dehydrated because they drink copious amounts of soft drinks and alcohol and simply do not drink enough water on a regular basis?

It’s fricking hot this time of year. I wouldn’t sit through that shite for a mediocre opponent. I don’t blame anyone leaving early.

I drink before the game but maybe if the crowd wasn’t drunk before entering, they wouldn’t have to be treated by EMS

My wife and my 12 year old and 9 year old left after the first quarter due to the heat. We saw at least 3 pass out near the concession stands in the first quarter. I wouldn't assume it was due to alcohol and water consumption. It was hot.

Look, I’m not saying don’t drink, I’m saying people complain about the heat. I’m drinking before the game but drinking heavily before the game and then bitching about the heat is stupid.

You’re not the first generation to be hot in Louisiana at a football game. Believe it or not, people used to pack the stadium donned in suit and tie, and dresses.

That was years before global warming though. It was a much more comfortable experience back then.

Dont blame anyone leaving at all

It was brutal, especially those with kids. Even if the kids were fine it can be pretty shocking for them (kids) to see grown people go down.

Stadium was full at the start. After 20 minutes of sitting in that sun I think a lot of people started to think about their priorities
