I saw promo images before season 1 and assumed it was another "Lovecraft Country" white-men-be-evil show, because alot of that shite was coming out around that time. . .and never really looked more into it

Idk what lovecraft country is, but no. There is nothing woke or racial in it I can remember. There is a hot lesbian couple though.

I feel like the Tabitha story line is going to make or break this show this season. Interested to see how it plays out.

I enjoyed it awhile but eventually quit watching before the end of season 2. Right after the lighthouse stuff, before the sheriff makes it back to town.

Hilariously wrong. It is one of the best shows currently on television.
Just did a rewatch of the first two seasons, and can't be more pumped for Sunday.

For whatever reason, MGM+ just showed up for free. I do not know if this is one of those limited time free trials or what, but I did do anything this time.

From is my favorite television show. A couple months ago, I bought a new fire tv cube. The purchase gave me 6 free months of MGM+. Watched it before the writers strike and was afraid it would get cancelled. The free months have given me a chance to do a full rewatch of the first 2 seasons…and then another. May rewatch again before the start of season 3.
Mom waking up in the hospital gave me pause. I so hope the show runners stick the landing. It will suck if the reason they are stuck in the town is lame.
