Trump has a major, major weakness, which fortunately RFK doesn’t, and it’s flattery. If you flatter Trump, he’ll do anything for you. And no one flatters Trump more than Laura Loomer.
I’d say RFK and Tulsi specifically need to do an intervention with Trump when it comes to her and tell him that she is using him and is sinking his ship. RFK should be Trump’s closest advisor at this point, and he knows who she is. He needs to pull Donnie aside.

No. There were some talks today among the MSM, but honestly, if talking about Steve Bannon didn't move the needle in 2016, Loomer won't either. She still needs to be in a loony-bin far away from the White House, but I don't see her actually influencing votes
