Male students are pretty well spoken; not emotional. Oh yeah, it's not policy to forbid flying the flag.

The school says the banning of flags is "a practice but not a policy".

I take that as translating into "we are going to try to intimidate you into not doing it, but in reality there's nothing we can really do to you."
