Because he has every advantage he needs, NIL money, great facilities, great administration, great pipeline to recruit, great fans, great media support, great salary .....but can't get it done.

He thinks he just needs to put all the pieces in place and sit back and be the boss. He doesn’t get his hands dirty and it shows. He needs to fricking COACH during the week at practices.

Why is he taking it out with the media? He should have been doing that with the team on the sideline. Can you imagine what Saban would have done to Lacy and Burns? To Nuss throwing a five yard pass to wide open receiver straight the ground? To Will Campbell's false starts? To Baker giving Moss all day on the last drive? To the entire D's matador defense in last TD?...

Sure would like to know how he graded his assistants performance. He only called out himself and players. Would also like to know the persons on sideline who were “acting” as if the game was over when we were in the lead.

He has so much job security hes not worried. Hired BBQ buddy for special teams and was a disaster. Brought in House was the worst hire of all time. So did some homerun hires on defense. Could have brought in an elite OC but went bargain basement route.

He wasn't upset. That was an act (and he's not a very good actor) to save face. He doesn't care. He's just going through the motions and will be happy to ride off on his golden parachute whenever Woodward decides to move on.

I don't know what Kelly is so upset about . He told Miss Piggy before the second half that he was going to run the ball. Tunnel vision set in, and all the positive gains of the first half were tossed out with the bath water. Big Game Brian can't finish, he's still the same clown that blamed everyone and their grandmother for his numerous frick ups at Notre Dame.

Some of you are pathetic. Don’t jump on the wagon when they string some wins together against good teams. He was visibly upset and he needs to take it out on there asses and bring the dog out.

It really isn't his fault. He is used to dealing with college students who play football, not football players forced to go to college classes. Lack of discipline isn't something he is used to dealing with and it frustrates him and his planning and coaching. Sometimes it takes a meat head like Les or O to get through to these modern "athletes". What is really impressive is how a cerebral coach like Saban was able to do it here and at Bama. That guy must be a true genius.

He’s used to dealing with 20 year old nutsacks, just like he is now. I get it that ND had higher standards, but they were still 20 year old nutsacks, and ND was not his only job.
