I’d imagine a lot of people gambled their life savings away last night and can’t afford the flight back to the south

God saved me by making this trip undoable. I'd be losing so much money right now if I was in Vegas. The degeneracy excused by a sad loss would be amplified in that sinful town.

Because of flight delays we didn't get in til after midnight Friday night. We have Din Tai Fung tonight. Looking forward to that. We will probably hang out at the Venetian and Caesars the rest of the trip. Maybe hit the wax museum and see a show.

Yep, when the wife(no pics) and I were there a couple years ago I burned a couple twenties on a poker machine and had a beer waiting for our flight back. I figured I might as well continue the losing streak

A funny MD story. My brother's wife is NOT A GAMBLER! They went to Vegas a few years back and all weekend long, she watched him gamble and refused to participate. He asked her several times and she insisted he knew she did not believe in gambling when she agreed to go with him.
Finally, they were in the airport, ready to get on the plane and he begged her to just run his last quarter through the slot machine beside the gate to their plane. She gave a deep sigh and did it. The machine hit, she won around a hundred dollars and then walked to the gate and boarded the plane. Didn't speak to him most of the way back to Houston.

Flying back now, very successful trip. Gambled Friday night, Saturday, Sunday before and after the game and this morning some. Ended up a few hundred ahead. Great trip!
