Recent Shootings of Motorists on I-110 - possible connection to 2022 Allie Rice Shooting??

Around this same time (September of 2022) two years ago Allison Rice was stopped at a train track on Government and mowed down by an automatic gun by what appears to be another motorist when she was trapped by the train. (Innocent LSU Student a victim of road rage? Was she a victim of gang mis-identification) - such a motive for killing an innocent beautiful young girl (high value target) is unclear why some evil person would do this. I don't believe crime has been solved yet despite outrage from community and high reward to catch the loser who did this.

But now we have another woman killed on I-110 this week, by someone shooting at her car and other motorists. I thought maybe it was just typical gang activity, typical black on black crime amongst young black men, - no big deal - because at least they killing each other and not innocent people. But now I wondering if these shootings are related and we have some type of serial killer in the hood who likes shooting at other motorists.

Victim female Trene Wells is 39 in a nondescript Nissan. Her age and car make me think it’s random or domestic. So yeah, you may be right, we may have a random shooter.

No. These I-110 shootings likely aren't random. Whoever killed Allie Rice has probably already been killed by someone else.

How long does it take to make a plan? Hoodrats have minimal morals, conscience, and intelligence. I figure 30 seconds is more than enough time make their decision. A decision is not a plan.

I know a lady whose car got shot up driving up Noth Foster. It was 2 other cars driving and shooting at each other with no care about who they hit.
Real problem is, when they are caught about half the 19th jdc judges will let the back on the street with basically no bond and no consequences if they continue to violate conditions of release. If there ever is a trial, it is hard to find and keep witnesses.
