Denver TV station interview with Aurora mayor. Says that NGO’s placed the Migrants in the apartments without knowledge of local government. Mayor says Venezuela isn’t sharing Criminal History with US so it’s impossible to vet migrants. He blames Fed gov 100% for this problem.
