Seems likd they used the Covid Scam to give up what little customer service they ever had. They routinely lie about attempted deliveries and tracking.

Every package I have coming via UPS gets stuck in Anchorage a few days due to "Security checks." Everyone knows they lie, its due to lack of workers and inability to meet schedule.

Fed Ex doesnt have this issue in JNU. In fact, the post office is more reliable than UPS.

The last 3 deliveries I had from them, each time I watched in the app, from my living room, as the driver drove past my house. A few hours later "delivery attempted, no one home to receive".

More than USPS? I can't count the times I was home when a tracking number suddenly updated to "unable to gain access to property" or "animal interference" when the mail truck didn't even drive down my street.

They gave me the "delivery attempted but business closed" routine, same driver for a decade that comes to the business between 1-3 every weekday for a decade. Said the delivery was attempted at 6:52AM - fricking truck isnt loaded until 10AM

They have been lying... years ago I tracked a package for work and told them it says it is in Arkansas, the rep on the other end told me that was a "logical scan" not a "physical scan" , that they did not actually scan them at every stop but that is where it "should" be if there were no problems, but that they did not physically scan it in Arkansas

My neighbor who is a FedEx driver locally here in Baton Rouge said get ready because FedEx is shutting down the Baton Rouge terminal and all packages will be sent out of New Orleans hub instead of BR. shite show incoming.

About half of my FedEx deliveries seem to come directly from the New Orleans hub. Truthfully they seem far more efficient than when I incur the delay of transferring it from NOLA to BR to me.

Also, I wish DHL would expand their operations here. Never had an issue with anything using them.

UPS lost our freight shipment in Harlingen Texas. They scanned it into the facility and nobody has been able to find it for three weeks. Filed a claim earlier this week to recoup the $.
