It's been hovering around $3.00/gallon here in Western Arkansas since 2022, varies about 10 cents a gallon from week to week.

$3/gallon in KC, was a little over $2/gallon when Trump left office after the rigged 2020 GE.

Exploration and development take years. The Biden-Harris misadministration has plagued new development. What is producing now has nothing to do with their policies. They have loosened the reins for a few months for the election.

Would be a really funny thing if they run the price down and Trump gets to refill the SPR cheap for an early political win for Team USA and Vance’s future.

You're probably one of the ones constantly insisting the economy is terrible - in which case weak demand would lead to lower oil prices and then lower gasoline prices. When you actually get a taste of such, now it's a conspiracy the OTHER direction.

Told the gf this today, although part of it is supply about to loosen up as summer driving season ends and winter blend gas can be sold (September 15).

The Dims lapdogs will publish headlines touting Kamabla for taking swift action to control prices.

Vance doesn't have a political future. He's too weird.

Sure did…and we had rigs stacked everywhere.. us independents going out of business… down to 250 rigs active…
So why was gasoline prices at the pump the lowest price at the same time we had the fewest rigs active..

Saudis flooding market to drive us independents out of business.. it worked .. they drove the price of barrel of oil the companies got from 95ish down to mid 40…

Oil companies breakeven for resource plays are around 50-60 dollars a barrel so they stopped drilling and closed doors..

Oil back up and us companies making money and international companies and govt happy with profits..

We have this thread a lot….
Global economics not politics.

Also us at peak oil output in history..

Exploration in Gulf of Mexico takes ten years from discovery to production..
Onshore resource play take months and the bulk of the production is captured within 18 months so

Economics ( global). Drive the business..
