I think they had to do a bunch of work to the storm drains and/or sewer lines as part of that project. Asphalt itself can go down pretty fast once they are actually working on it. So maybe we will actually see a bunch of progress in the near future.

According to the city they didn’t start last summer because they thought we had a ton of rain. Instead we had a drought lol

Dunno, that stretch in Orange TX has gone on longer than any project in Louisiana excluding the planning for the loop around BR. That project has made millions in estimations.
