They look (and sort of taste) like cookies.
If you enjoy one, make sure you have nothing on your calendar the next day.
You're welcome.

One time in college I ate a few of these, not taking their ability too serious.
Had to throw away a pair of shorts and sneakers after the accident.

Try a spoonful of Epsom salt in water.
You have to be literally sitting on the toilet.
I didn't believe it when someone told me about epsom salt, boy was I wrong.

2 servings of the Metamucil powder a day is the best thing that’s ever happened to me.

My dad who is 80 will take a big spoonful of baking soda like you would for major heartburn and absolutely empty his colon for the next 18 hours. Just a PSA in case you're out of Metamucil.

I learned as a kid Ex-lax was not JUST a chocolate bar.

And don't chug apple juice. Came in after mowing the lawn this summer and was very very hot and thirsty. Chugged apple juice right out the plastic bin and within 10 minutes my bowels sounded like the ocean during a hurricane. Nearly broke my damn toilet.

Mrs Worther's sugar free caramels are the DEVIL.
I spent an entire evening in a truck stop bathroom after eating a half dozen or so of those - thought I was going to have to get an ambulance ride to a hospital because it just wouldn't stop. I was so dehydrated...

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) will knock out heartburn and cleanse your colon, but be careful because it’s very high in sodium. It’s not great for everyday use.

Only times I ever saw him run.

Yeah he doesn't use it every day. But when he does he acts like he won the 100m hurdles or something.

psyllium husk blended with water and orange tangerine mio at 6:30 every night will keep you cleaned out and on schedule with a predicable poop in the AM.
