A 40year old sedentary female (zero exercise, desk job) that weighs 300 lbs requires 2,500 calories a day just to maintain that weight.

2,500 calories:
SIX large sweet potatoes
FOUR large chicken breasts
five eggs

It would be hard work to try to eat that much whole food in a day. And again that is zero exercise or activity.

Why do you knuckle draggers worry about the fatties so much? Who cares if Barbra from accounting wants another Twinkie?

Some will argue its the healthcare costs we all have to eat...

but really its the getting off on moral superiority that gets them in these threads.

So why do you care if that's their choice?

I also found I was judgemental like this when I hated my own life. :)

I don’t care.

I’m just saying if you ate whole foods it would be literally painful to try to gain that much weight. You would literally be uncomfortable and not hungry at all the entire day. There is this myth that you have to suffer and be hungry all day long to lose weight.

I just found it interesting because I was starting a plan to add muscle and I used a calorie counting app to get into an energy excess. During that process I found it very hard to get high enough calories of the foods I eat to gain weight/add muscle.

So I decided to do the math for how many calories are required just to maintain high weight and it was surprising.

my friend's wife said she's done everything possible to lose weight (context was talking about she had stomach bypass or whatever a few years back)

I replied "everything but the one thing that is guaranteed work. Stop eating."

Because fatties are a drain on the system. They take more food than they should, take up more space than they should, bitch about everything not catering to them, cause medical care prices and insurance to rise because they're all one twinkie from cardiac arrest

Fatties are lazy and completely incapable of taking personal responsibility and people should be disgusted in their presence

You don’t even have to stop eating. You could be stuffed with sweet potatoes and chicken all day and lose weight.

You don’t have to be hungry. You just can’t eat dog shite foods.

I feel sorry for them, especially the folks who had abusive parents who let them be obese children. They've been fat their entire lives and probably have no idea what feeling good is actually supposed to feel like.

It boggles my mind how many grown men, esp those with desk jobs, that do literally zero exercise (cardio or weights) and think that is perfectly normal.
