Need help with a show I vaguely remember

All I remember is the main actor has a high IQ and can fake any profession or occupation in the world. It’s like he was trained to be a spy as a kid and escapes the CIA and runs away.
Two agents are tracking him down as he goes town to town and tries to start over with a new identity but he also helps people along the way.
The show had a Tom Clancy meets the Fugitive with an X Files kind of vibe thing going on.
