Tucker Carlson's last show. Big pharma makes you sick, etc.

Less of a threat than anxious moms transferring that shite onto their Gen Alpha kids.

They are correct that seed oils are pretty horrible for you.

I’m appalled at the upvote/downvote ratio. I guess I shouldn’t be considering the fact that LA is full of fat arse slobs who completely disregard their health.

It’s a partnership between big pharma and the food industry. The FDA allows shitty, cancer causing foods into our food supply that keeps us sick and dependent on big pharmas drugs.

The down votes are probably from the same people who get their infants riddled like a pincushion by 70+ vaccinations.

Not just LA. Half (or more) of our country has a food addiction because they're too lazy to read food labels and research what they are ingesting. The chemicals in our food are making us sick and keeping us sick.

Don't worry, though, big pharma has plenty of pills to make everything alright so go ahead and drink that coke and eat those doritos.

oh - does the podcast say which foods to avoid and which drugs we need to stay away from?

So it’s seed oils, ozempic & birth control?

I’ve been cutting out lots of crap that were told is good for us lately. Once you see the amount of plastic/pesticides/PFAS/metals that are in everyday foods that are “healthy” it’s honestly scary. No wonder we have such low rates of testosterone, fertility, and rising number of stomach/colon cancer.lOnce you go down that rabbit hole be prepared to throw away a lot of stuff in your pantry and really examine what’s in the Ingredients on the back of your food. Just wait till you read the crap they put in our clothes/colognes/deodorant that’s absorbed through our skin…

Don’t believe me, there’s tons of research from now back to the 80’s. I was just in a thrift store and found a medical journal published 1982 and it had articles about sweeteners/sugar/ and seed oils in our food. Basically it has a section for current studies and gives a synopsis of what they found. Pretty much said “hey, I think this stuff is gonna mess up our hormones and gut, our early test subjects aren’t showing good results. We should definitely take a closer look at this.” But like always corporate greed and the need to make things for cheapest price and sell for biggest price with quality be dammed.

Just for fun look up Americans who travel in Europe with gluten allergies and lactose issues. They eat all the stuff there and no issues. Bread isn’t made to last shelves for more than 3 days. Reason why real bakeries give half off for “day old bread.”

Haven’t listened to the entire episode yet but those are some of the topics. Seed oils are trash. If you need to use cooking oil you should only use avocado or coconut oil.

Ozempic is being used by people who are fat due to their own laziness and shitty eating habits. People would rather take a pill and continue ingesting fast food and coke instead of eating healthy and exercising to lose weight.

it's not a seed oil, so it's much better. Tallow, lard, duck fat and real butter: All are much, much better for you than seed oils, and food tastes much better using it also. We ate it for thousands of years up until 75 years ago, along with red meat. You can watch the graphs of diabetes, obesity and other chronic health conditions rise proportionally as we've phased out whole foods. Last I read, the average American's red meat consumption comes out to around an ounce or two per day, but sure, ruminant meat -which is a super food- is the problem. Surely it's not the seed oils, sugar and simple carbohydrates and grains that we consume more of than anytime in human history, and a diet which is almost completely exclusive to this country in its lack of quality, whole ingredients.

What's also wild is the PFAs that are in our foods, and chemicals like lead. The studies coming out about basic things like salt being full of lead, the Simply Orange brand of juices being chock full of PFAs and getting sued, along with other food and drink manufacturers having it in their products and us now finding out about it.

Over half of the otherwise healthy children in the United States have chronic health conditions. Children. When I go to pick my son up from school I'm shocked at the amount of literal lard asses that are k through 6th grade. We're addicted to processed food, and studies show it causes the same dopamine releases as hard drugs. No wonder we can't stop eating the trash we ingest. "Ice cream" sandwiches can be left out on a concrete slab in the middle of the summer and never melt. Before long, finding fruits and vegetables without Apeel coating will be nearly impossible. Breakfast cereals, which are mostly horrible for you, are loaded with glyphosate and it exists in almost every American's body because it's on almost every corn, grain, fruit and vegetable, and pretty much every other mainline agricultural product.

We've got food manufacturers renaming food dyes that are banned the world over except for here because people are catching on. Look at the ingredients for a soft drink sold in Canada vs. that same soft drink made and sold here. It's astounding. The way that corporate food manufacturers have captured agencies like the FDA is a prime example of why we don't have a truly free market capitalist economy. We now have what is effectively state capitalism.

These corporate conglomerates are married to the bureaucracy, and there's not a damned thing anybody can do about putting that genie back in the bottle, I'm afraid.
