He's got a prepared speech that's he's somewhat monotonely reading where he's hammering her on her far left positions she's trying to abandon.
It's good content that he needs to stick to. But he's starting to go meander off script and do some rally bits for some part of an audience that's cheering for him. I think he needs to stick to script on this one. Hammering home the point in her prog left positions is something that he needs to do. Don't let that part get lost in a long winded rambling sea of unrelated nonsense.

I am not so sure he is not doing this on purpose. Think bout the contrast of standing there covering all these issues and stating his plan. How does that contrast with a person that has been the nominee for damn near a month not saying a peep.
