Technically The dog days of summer ended yesterday, But the division races are heating up! Lots of great series to start off the week. Excited that Mookie Betts is back in the lineup this week against the Brewers.

I’m glad the Yankees should have an easy sweep this series, but you can never underestimate that bullpen’s ability to blow a lead.

I wouldn’t trust this team with a dime, but it’s hard to argue against a team playing the White Sox.

Does Judge get 25+ bases this series? I expect MULTIPLE homers tonight

KC @ Minnesota a massive series for AL Central and AL Wild Card purposes. Cleveland's recent losing streak kinda gave both of those teams some life in the division. Twins entered the night only 3.5 back and KC 4 back. Twins currently lead 6-3 in the 6th and Cleveland just retook the lead against the Cubbies 9-8 in the 8th in what has been a pretty wild game. Speaking of Cubs, they've quietly been on a bit of a hot streak and entered the night only 3 back of wild card

AL west is going to be one of the biggest races to follow for the next month and a half because as things stands whoever finishes 2nd will miss the playoffs completely. Houston is red hot but Seattle just completely dominated the Mets over the weekend. Orioles and Yankees have been neck and neck all season and theres no reason to believe that race isnt going to go into the last week or so of the season. Whoever finishes 2nd is very likely to get the top wild card spot though

Dodgers and Brewers in a battle of first place teams that could be a potential playoff matchup

Braves in San Fran probably the biggest NL series in the early part of the week. Braves hanging on for dear life at the moment but if they can weather the storm they'll be in the thick of it. San Fran enters the series 1.5 games behind Atlanta for the final wild card spot

Arizona and San Diego have both been scorching hot and hold the top 2 NL wild card spots

Should be a great week of games, starting to get to that point of the season where a small losing streak can take teams out of playoff contention

White Sox currently up 4-1 in the 5th Obviously unlikely to stay that way, but seems like Sizemore has given them a little bit of a boost. They competed in both games against the Cubs over the weekend even though they still lost both

White Sox giving the Yanks the business. 5-2 in the B5.

Gonna have to appreciate these last few Kershaw starts

Probably the last he's going to have with the Dodgers

Also, butt fricked by the 29-91 White Sox. Fire Boone.

I have very high hopes for the offense and we're close to getting Muncy back too. Moving Mookie back to RF and keeping Rojas in at SS makes a lot of sense. Top to bottom they're going to be a threat to score and that hasn't been the case really all year long. With tonight's win we're 1st in the NL and tied for the best overall record. That's pretty amazing considering the amount of injuries they've had this year. With the upcoming schedule I hope they can get on a roll.

Phillies just lost to the Marlins. Now a full game behind LA and we’re up 7-1 on the Brew Crew. So that better be a game and a half lead after tonight.

I'm more worried about Arizona than the Phillies.

Pains me to say I think the Rangers are probably out of the wild card hunt this season the way things are going
