The GOP took their shot too early against Walz

There are rumors that there are more videos out there in which he refers to his "service" in Iraq and when they go public it won't be surprising if Walz has to drop out. Then Kamala will do what she should have done and select Shapiro to be her running mate.
They should have waited until after the nominations became official to bombard him with this crap.

If Shapiro had wanted to be her running mate he would already be on the ticket.

Do you know how much horse cum was pumped out of Walz?

I agree but for a different reason. There's always a honeymoon period after these sorts of announcements. Let that honeymoon period wear off for a week, then go in dry and start splitting ani.

The Dem leadership view Shapiro as a Topof the Ticket candidate. They do t want to burn that up by accociating him with Kamabla

They jumped on him when they needed to.

The GOP hasn't even started on Walz - this is just the appetizer homie

I don’t mind that they’re not wasting time attacking Walz. The guy is a piece of shite and you want to define him before the left can.
That said, if he’s forced to drop out, that’s not bad either. The GOP will then say that Kamala has the worst judgment of any modern politician for misjudging Biden’s capabilities and then not properly vetting her own running mate.

Nobody outside of the conservative bubble will even hear about this story.

The guys that are breaking the story on Walz are same guys that broke the Swift Boat story on John Kerry many, many years ago

You think dem voters will care?
Biden's been lying about his past for decades and they voted for him.
Plus Kamala, she's been selected not elected.

At this point it doesn’t matter. If more damning videos came out right before dem convention it will be a crap show and they are out of time.
Posted on 8/7/24 at 5:45 pm to RollTide1987
Nah, this will be good for an attack line but dems don't care if the guy lied about his service. Blumenthal got re-elected after lying about his service, too if I remember right.

They didn’t choose Shapiro because he’s a Jew. There is a strong Anti-Israel, Pro-Muslim wing of the Democratic Party right now. They didn’t want to upset them and have them create problems at the convention.
I forget who said it today, but we got our first look at Kamala as a decision maker with her VP pick. She buckled. She buckled under the weight of power brokers and fringe elements of her party. Imagine what she’ll do on the international stage.

Isn’t it too late now that Kamala has gotten the votes? Thought she had to have a VP named before final voting closed?

Since you believe in rumors, why are you throwing out the rumor that Shapiro turned her down?

Do you know how long it takes information to make it to the average voter? Hell, a lot of people probably think Biden is still running.
