I agree with him.
I waited on him in college. He and his brother invited me and some friends to a bar downtown Lafayette and was genuinely the nicest dude.
TO was there and only went after fat white chicks
CSB I know

Who would have thought post Les Miles(who could not develop a QB) that LSU would have the top 2 and both heisman winners

Roman seems like a good dude. He took some time to chat and take pictures with a buddy and I at Regions Tradition this year.

Roman got 2 whole extra seasons in the NFL, 1 with Carolina and 1 with the Saints, based soley on him being a good guy and a great locker room leader.

On point and the only quarterback I can think of besides those two for team impact is Cam Newton. Newton should probably be two being so out of this planet in college to where they went undefeated but I can’t think of a sec quarterback in the last decade that meant as much.

Past 10 years. Cam was 2010

Damn I was expecting some BS from an Alabama guy, but he was honest

Use your brain. Obviously cam didn't fit the time period criteria or he would be on there.

Who else had remotely as dominant performances from the QB position?
There was no question, either year, that the best player in college football was the LSU QB.
Period. Full stop.
(ET: 20 years, you would have to include both Cam and Tebow in the discussion, but I still have our guys 1 and 2.)

Burrow and Daniels.period.
Burrow was a commanding field general.Trusted leader that when he got hit the hardest meant he made them pay dearly.
Daniels was better than Cam Newton.Cam was just hard to stop and Auburn was loaded with talent on both sides that year.Cam was the difference though, he just ran through 2010. You knew Newton was coming at you but the OC was creative enough to where he was hard to stop.
Daniels' speed was what really got lsu comebacks in big games that 2 10 win seasons was unthinkable when BK took over.

The shot at OU when discuss Burrow
I am a little surprised he didn't flip Tua & Young. He admitted Tua had far better weapons around him and Young was forced to do too much.
