Saw a recent poll that said abortion was #2 in importance among voters. Strictly hypothetical, but if the Republicans changed their stance, how many conservative would change their vote vs independents/mildly liberal switching to republican?

So the majority of voters are whores?

Abortion being a topic is meaningless. It includes:
a. People who want it banned nationally
b. People who leave it to the states.
c. People who want it as a legal right.
If 90% of the people who put it high on their list want it left to the states, then why should the republicans change their stance?

It’s complete horseshite. Just more leftist gaslighting.
Essentially that debate is codifying abortion federally versus states rights to govern abortion.
With people struggling to pay bills, millions of foreign nationals pouring in, war in Europe and the ME, 35T in debt, a deep state and DOJ run amok, and massive tax hikes looming, you really think regular people have federal abortion rights at the top of their list?

That poll is incorrect. It’s pretty much the economy and immigration are the top 2 issues.

Yes because white women want the ability to silently have an abortion without their significant other knowing.
Having to get on a plane to fly out of state prevents that.
It’s much easier to go to your local clinic get the pill, take it at home and call it a heavy period or miscarriage.
Same goes for girls in college etc. responsibility in our country has gone fully out the window.
Women more than ever want to hold onto their abortion rights.
If abortions were legal on a federal level in all states, you’d have much more women voting R.
You may not like it, but it’s true.

People who make abortion their #1 or #2 issue are hardcore stupid to the bone.
The feds are out of this issue. It should never be a federal campaign issue.

They're not totally out, and can get back involved in the main debate pretty quickly

Abortion is about power for the left. The ability to kill human beings who are inconvenient. Nothing more, nothing less and the worst part is they all know it.
They’re just upset they can’t expand it to post birth people…yet.

That’s all they have to run on. They sure as hell can’t run on their policies, economy, foreign affairs and any other thing they have touched in the last 3.5 years. It’s all been a disaster

That list looks like you are really worried about the future. See your doctor, ask him/her for medicine to calm your fevered brain.

SMH..... It's been dealt with!!!! Abortion is a state issue, not a federal issue. If you don't like your states position, move to another state.
Like it or not, in America there is one law of the land..... The Constitution.
The Constitution directs the issue to the states.
If you don't like that, move to another country.
