Do the debate on ABC, but make sure reasonably objective person is the moderator. Someone who just asks questions, monitors time and offers zero input.

Considering that Trump has already debated Joe this election cycle and went behind enemy lines to do it I would tell the Dems either you debate on Fox or we do not debate. Why should Trump constantly have to be the one compromising. Kamala really needs to debate more than Trump does anyway.

Depending on how the polls seem to trend, Trump ought to tell her, "Fine, I don't need a debate."
If he's comfortably ahead going into September, he's got little to gain and can only lose momentum from a debate.

This is obvious horse shite, to all but the most obtuse.
That said and according to the rules of elective politics, it’s an expected and ‘fair’ move on the board.
Gonna be interesting to see how POTUSDJT responds.
I would hope it would be along the lines of:
“Kamala, you ignorant slut. That agreement was with Jalopy Joe, whom I have already destroyed. But because you have been forced upon the electorate by earning nary a vote, I will accept your offer to debate on ABC Sept 10, with the understanding that ground rules must be negotiated and that we debate at least once more within three weeks of Sep 10 on a network and with moderators of my choosing. If you are such a bad arse, come and take your beating like Jalopy Joe did.”…
