Making a general comment like that about women without children probably is wrong in many instances. Pretty stupid thing to say.

Most people who say they aren’t having kids give selfish reasons why.

Of course they have to act like this is an attack on people who have trouble getting pregnant.

Jennifer Aniston could have had kids but her vanity and narcissism prevented that. She preferred all the material gain and chose that over children. She deliberately made her bed. She could have even done IVF or surrogate per the new Hollywood norm.

Spare us the victim angle Jennifer. You're a selfish bitch who couldn't let go of your vanity.

You’d think toxoplasmosis would control the cat lady population.

My wife and I cannot have children unfortunately. and we have tried everything but adoption.

I'm as red as they come and this statement is f*cking stupid.

ETA: i was stupid to trust the tweet and not read the full transcript/context.

My B G.

First, Ron F is a dem operative and he's mischaracterizing Vance's comment

Second, the left is just mad that after attacking traditional families for years, the traditional families are starting to bark back

But he specifically pointed out Kamala Harris, AOC and Pete buttigeig.

you look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC — the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children

Way to fall for the propaganda

I understand what point he is trying to make, but his comment was objectively very stupid for political discourse.

What was his statement?

Can you dig up the entire statement from 2021 and post it here?

Well I've always been in the .01% in everything, so I try not to take cat lady comments to heart. There are a lot of conservative ailurophiles and a lot of liberal dog lovers too.

Here's what Vance actually said:

That the country is run by "a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable too.”

“Look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC, the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children,” Vance, 39, continued. “How does it make any sense we’ve turned our country over to people who don’t really have a direct stake in it?”

I doubt that describes you and your wife.
