We'll never get this of course, but I would love a whistle blower to come forward and show how these companies (Deere, Target, AB Bud Light et al) get money on the back end from the DEI hires. Whether that's tax breaks, ESG scores, DEI scores, etc. I want someone to pull up the rug and let us see what cockroaches live underneath with this crap.

Unfortunately, boycotting only hurts the guy on the floor that is trying to make it month to month. Everyone on that board could be let go tomorrow and never have to worry again about the next paycheck.

I want to know what’s pushing this shite….
I work for a hospital that just set up a DEI program. Thing is, that hospital has been already very diverse since I started there in 1990. Why all a sudden we need a DEI program is beyond me.

They just had a huge round of layoffs today.
I know because I have about 1/2 dozen friends who work for Deere. Thankfully they all made it through the day.

What is the criteria that a company needs to meet before it becomes a “foreign” company?
Is it a certain percentage of workforce overseas or it simply where its headquarters is located?

You are naive. The Bud Light VP Marketing woman Alisha Heinerschield literally defined her marketing approach of "Evolve & Elevate" to specifically mean Diversity & Inclusion. Alisha' entire Marketing team in New York was made up of women and gay men while they lambasted their core customer which is frat boys and straight men.
TLDR: DEI was put into place within Bud Light even before the Dylan Mulvaney campaign made them lose billions. Like I said, you're naive as hell.
