How is it acceptable for the president to be MIA?

I mean, seriously.
The events of the past week should scare/anger/embolden every single citizen of the country.
People are literally googling whether the president is alive.
Our government is an absolute joke.
It is pathetic (though not surprising)

Even I am beginning to think something is not adding up. I just saw a video on Megan Kelly's how and wow, it does not look good. I sure hope Biden is physically OK and it is just a case of COVID.

As a citizen of this country, yes, I would appreciate it if Biden let the country and the world know that he is physically okay rather than let those who would harm us speculate and perhaps do something they otherwise wouldn't do to a stable US.
Trump can get grazed by a bullet on the head and immediately pump his fist to give the crowd courage and assurance. Biden has done nothing.

The president often goes for long periods without being on camera.
While I get that conspiracy people think Biden is dead or dying, according to all reports (from his doctor and staff) he's been getting daily treatments for Covid and is performing his duties as president while staying away from groups of people in order to... not spread covid.
That's not MIA. He's working. He's just not in front of a camera.
Now you can believe his doctors and his staff is lying if you want. But the chances are pretty good he's going to show up on TV in a couple of days with a speech talking about him not running in 2024 and endorsing Harris.
He may show up just to wave at a camera to make people who are going conspiracy nut shut up as well. But the hand wringing about this is pretty odd.
