It happened as two deputy U.S. Marshals were on duty in a government car in Washington about 1 a.m. They were confronted by a man who got out of a silver minivan and pointed a gun at one of them through the driver's side window, according to a criminal complaint. The car was unmarked but the pair were dressed in U.S. Marshals shirts.
The deputy pulled out his department-issued gun and shot the man about four times, hitting him in the mouth. He then gave the man first aid while the minivan drove away, charges state. The suspect was hospitalized and placed under arrest.

LOL Used to be a Glock 22, but I think they went to Glock 17s in recent years. So .9mm is most likely.

So, the DEI justice was not there, or involved in any way?
It could hve been titled "Two marshals had pizza, then shot carjacker."

Just because she doesn't agree on the Second Amendment interpretation that yields an individual right does not necessarily mean she is "anti-gun". She may be, but she may love guns and at the same time believe the constitution allows greater regulation of them . She might not even think such regulation is a good idea. Her only job in deciding cases is whether such regs are constitutional.
Similarly, I wouldn't leap to the assumption that Kavanaugh, Barrett, etc. are "pro gun" just because they do interpret the Second Amendment to afford an individual right. They might not own a single gun or care much about them.
