There’s a whole series of those with various Batman villains/ scenes from the dark knight trilogy, spent more than a few college nights just burning through these laughing our asses off

Absolutely love the movie but that has always been the scene that drives me nuts. It's so bad. She's a really good actress too but that is a pretty comical death. Terrible acting.

Everybody is DVng you without watching the clip and recognizing the tongue and cheek OP. Yes it's a terrible scene in an otherwise good movie (yeah I know many people dislike it, but I'm a fan).

DKR was not a good film. I love Batman. I like Batman Begins and Dark Knight.

DKR is infuriating

It’s obvious Nolan has poor taste in women. This broad is ugly as a mud fence and he cast that Gyllenhall basset hound as the love interest in TDK. Bruce Wayne, the wealthiest magnate in Gotham, if not the world, is going to be attracted to these two dogs? Holy Suspension of Disbelief, Batman.

I hate the trend of splitting the final movie into two but TDKR needed to be two movies.

Nolan just glossed over so many things like the entire police force just chilling underground for several months, the Wall Street scheme that bankrupted Wayne, Bruce getting back to Gotham, etc.

Given how the comics portrayed Ra's al Ghul as this semi-immortal being that kept finding ways to return and plague Batman, I thought it would have been better if the character returned in tandem with Talia and Bane. I felt like the back-story of Talia and Bane was a little odd anyway.

Bane's character would have been better if he was more of a rogue character that they used to push the goals of the League of Shadows (a less chaotic verson of Scarecrow). Maybe give him a personal vendetta against Batman other than the "Batman you are old and weak" then "oh no Batman you are now stronger than me" story.

I enjoyed the movie but to me the plot was not as well-crafted as the first two.

Including using the Lazarus Pit to resurrect himself and “transition” into his daughter to seduce Batman.

TDKR was a pretty bad movie. I can overlook some plot holes or things done for effect, but there were some things done with the plot in this movie that were beyond retarded and could have been written a lot better. I can watch the first 2 movies on repeat but just never was motivated to go back and watch TDKR.

This was one of the first movies I remember watching as a young person where I felt that the pace was off and they were trying to do too much with the story. TDK had some issues with that as well but it was far more forgiveable.

The Batman Beyond storyline aside, I recently watched the first appearances of Talia and R'as on Batman: The Animated Series. They did such a fantastic job of doing an animated version of O'Neil and Adams' introductions of the characters.
