Uruguay's main exports are agricultural products, which account for over 80% of the country's total goods exports. These exports are sent to more than 160 countries and meet the agricultural needs of Uruguay's population by almost a factor of ten
The top exports of Uruguay are Frozen Bovine Meat ($2.14B), Sulfate Chemical Woodpulp ($1.84B), Soybeans ($793M), Concentrated Milk ($632M), and Rice ($502M

Uruguay repeats the same eleven to play with the United States.
Rochet; Nández, Aráujo, Olivera, Viña; Valverde, Ugarte, De La Cruz; Pellistri, Núñez, and M. Araújo
For those hoping Uruguay was going to rest the starters, no such luck.

We find out how good we actually are tonight.
Who starts in place of Weah? Sargent, Haji, or does Gio move up and Tyler, Musah, and Weston play in the midfield?

I'd go Haji and move Puli to the right

I hope we see the absolute best version of the USMNT tonight.
Is it as simple as win and they're in or will they have to be scoreboard watching as far as point differential?

We are currently tied on points but have a 2 goal lead in differential on Panama for the second spot.
There are scenarios out there where we can beat Uruguay 1-0 tonight and still not advance because Panama beat Bolivia 3-0.

US is currently +1 on GD and Panama is -1. Winning should be good enough but if Panama goes ham on Bolivia it could be interesting.

Bielsa is suspended?
Yep, apparently Uruguay came out of halftime way late in its first two matches.

We are +2 in goal differential over Panama, so if we win by 1 goal they would have to win by 3 or more.
Next tiebreaker is goals scored then head to head (which we lose). Uruguay is +7 goal differential so is first in any scenario there.
If we win 1-0, Panama wins 3-0 - we are both at +2 goal differential but they have 6 goals scored v US 4 goals scored.
Hope I'm right on all that

I thought Haji too, but we should we put our best player out of his best position? Maybe he’s just as effective since that’s where he played with Milan.

Panama will throttle Bolivia so we will need to beat Uruguay by multiple goals to advance IMO.
This is all because we were too shitty to beat Panama or score more than two goals vs Bolivia, and Bolivia is beyond shitty.
US soccer is an embarrassment right now.

I think Pulisic is better on the right than the left. He seems to be more willing to use his straight line speed on the right as opposed to always trying to cut in on his right when he's out left.

Might be better for him going at Olaza than Nandez

It's almost too obvious of an answer to insert Haji where he plays for his club and move Pulisic to where he plays for his club.

They'll win but beating them by 3 goals is no guarantee.

Blame Pepi for that one. We had a higher xG against Bolivia than Uruguay did.

It's pretty crazy that you could have 6 points from a group and still get eliminated. I think most of us figured we'd get 6 (with a loss to Uruguay) and advance before the tourney started.
