You don't seem to understand basic stats/math.

They have low birth rates too. Low marriage rate isn't the same as high rate of single parenthood if the majority of the births are within married households.

Single parent families are really only an issue among certain groups?

Denmark
In 2019, Denmark had the highest marriage rate in the Nordic countries at 5.3 marriages per 1,000 people. In 2023, Denmark registered 31,600 marriages.

Sweden
In 2013, Sweden's marriage rate was 5.4 marriages per 1,000 people, which was higher than the EU average of 4.2. However, by 2021, Sweden's marriage rate had decreased to around five marriages per 1,000 people. In Sweden, some people choose not to marry, or only get married after having children and living together for a long time. The average age for first marriage in Sweden was 34.2 years for women and 36.3 years for men in 2021.

Iceland
Iceland's marriage rate increased between 2010 and 2019, but the number of marriages dropped again in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Iceland has the lowest number of marriages in the Nordic countries because it also has the smallest population.

Norway and Finland
In 2019, Norway and Finland had the lowest marriage rates in the Nordic countries at four marriages per 1,000 people.

It's pretty widely known Iceland has some of the highest single parent rates in the world. Not a lot of religion either. Doesn't look like a shite hole to me.

Europeans don’t always get married even if they’re in a long term relationship. Show stats for single family homes to prove your point.

Scandinavians have had a collectivist culture since at least the time of the Vikings.

Anglo culture is very, very different.

There is a podcast episode from I think Freakanomics that goes into the difference in the German culture around unions and Anglo culture around unions that would probably answer your questions.

I believe it it this

Libs love to pull the “Scandinavia” card like it’s some kind of magic trump card (pun intended, I guess) without an ounce of thought regarding the INSANELY VAST differences in population size, demographics, etc.
