They say this is the happiest place on Earth…my asss…f*uckin stupid. Am i missing any other reasons?

Could have told you that and saved you everything.

I’m with you. I’d rather just stay home than go there. But the kids love it.

Gotta get on that mobility scooter baw. Only way to experience Peddo Mouse Land.

It is stupid expensive. But if you can swing it, then it’s wonderful. Pay for the genie pass and any other pass you can get ahead of time to expedite wait times. Plan out your days. Realize that DW (like any other tourist attraction) is going to suck your soul out of your wallet. If you can’t afford it, don’t go.
Speaking of don’t go, don’t go in June, July, or August. Take the kids out of school for a few days. Most systems excuse them for family vacations before high school. Go when it’s a slow part of the year and definitely go when the weather is manageable.

Are you currently there? If so, why?

I enjoyed taking my daughter and nieces when they were young (4-8). They truly thought it was magical.
However, I did not enjoy the bill. Or the heat. Or the crowds.

Agreed. I worked 4 OT's to save up for Disney and my wife let my kids buy $400 worth of BS toys that they only played with for a couple days. Between that and the long lines, we will never go back to that hell hole.

You forgot to list all the gays that want to frick your children.

Your first mistake is going in the summer or on a holiday , that’s a rookie move.. id rather take the kids out of school and go on a random week, much easier for them to make up the schoolwork than it is to deal with the mass of trashy humanity at Disney during summers and holidays .. I haven’t been in years, but I’ve had friends use that strategy with their families and it’s actually worked out well .

I mean, it's that month of the year after all.

Isn’t going voluntary? What are you bitching about?
Posted on 6/15/24 at 8:56 pm to SuckerPunch
I've been once, and if I never go again in my life that'll be fine.

You're ok with the pride event held there while the kiddos watch?

Disney is for your kids more than it is for you. I think it’s a cool place, but I don’t bitch a lot like you seem to do

Hey man, if you can’t have fun that’s your problem. I feel like that place is easy to avoid yet you went.
Go cry to your husband.

Then why go? We went in March of 2022 we had a blast but not everything was not open yet - so I want to go back with the youngest so can experience character dining before she gets too old
Yeah, it’s expensive but the memories we have are priceless

I learned doing this on mother's Day was a game changer.
