Its going to happen one way or the other... If Trump is elected, he will do it prior to leaving office. If Biden wins, he will pardon him bc it doesn't matter anymore.

To my knowledge he only said he wouldn't pardon. Nobody (corporate media) asked him about commuting sentence (by design).
