Decided to go even though our Tigers aren’t there this year. Where are the best places to eat?

Barretts. Obviously none of the food up there is anywhere close to the food we have down here, but its an LSU bar and are likely to see some other tiger fans.

Also Roccos is very overrated. Blatts across the street is where we spent most of our time, awesome place

If you want a great prime rib go to the Pink Poodle in crescent, Iowa. Only a few minutes from Omaha.

The Drover. Get the whiskey ribeye. Not a real fancy place but it's said to be one of Skip's favorite places

Remember to bring your own Tony C's with you.

It's kind of difficult to find in Omaha restaurants. And you'll need it.

I don’t know the best places, but when I took my daughter in 2017 we ate Ethiopian and German - two ethnic foods you won’t find in BR. We also enjoyed some Indian, Thai, and Sushi.

My wife’s family is from Omaha

La casa is one of our favorites

You’ll probably see a food truck around the stadium called Johnny Rico’s which is run by her cousin

I remember going to some Italian place in the Old Market area of Omaha. Don’t remember the name but it was really good.

Been there and there isn't much in the town that will be great. Just some average places to eat.

801 Chophouse at The Paxton

I've eaten here several times. The last time was last year after the Gators Game 2. I ate at the bar next to several players from the 1998 LSU CWS team, we all talked about that game was a "flush it" game and we'll get them tomorrow. I was talking positive about Thatcher Hurd should get the start tomorrow and then the lady close to me heard me and said I like what you're saying, I'm Thatcher's Mom.

The steaks are great here and this is one of the restaurants that Warren does eat at periodically. It is walking distance from some of the Downtown hotels.
