I’ll give Clarke some amount of credit. She’s caused me to realize that I’m completely ignoring the WNBA season. In previous seasons, the WNBA season would occur without me hearing about the season or realizing that the season is occurring. It wasn’t that I consciously ignored the WNBA season- it was that the WNBA season was the equivalent of the college lacrosse season to me where I didn’t really even realize it was happening. Now I’m actually having to think about how I don’t care about the WNBA.

I'm indifferent to Reese as with the entire WNBA but if you want to crucify her for the comment at least use the whole comment. In the full quote, she references all the other great players in the league, in the parsed quote/clip it makes her sound like she is only talking about herself. Seems like a courtesy that could be extended to a former LSU Natty winner on this forum.

Honestly, she was insufferable while at LSU too. I never wanted to say it because this board would destroy me but it’s how I felt. She’s just always been very self-centered.
