Went from south texas, to New Orleans, to Nashville, through the Ozark, Oklahoma and return through Dallas/Austin.
Saw one ev charging receptacle behind a Hotel
Saw no pride flags
Saw no Biden banners
About 50% of roads were rural 2 lane
All rural towns had three or more christian churches, and taco trucks
I10 corridor from Beaumont through Lake Charles was gross. Includes i10 and community
My favorite Louisiana restaurants quality has slipped, suspect foreign seafood
The best 3 burger stops were local Harley themed local venues
Wendys hamburger was not edible and trashed out right
Dallas and Austin are mega cities not part of real America and populated with the 10 million illegals
Jack Danials distillery was a great tour and folks could make Lynchburg a week long destination stop.
Arkansas is a great out doors visit with the ozark and Ouachita [sp] mountain parks. Looked in on Ponca Ark where the wife and I had a memorable canoe trip 50 years ago.
Getting off the interstate allowed us to see the best parts of America . Its in pretty good shape

Lynchburg downtown around the courthouse is really neat. We hung out there after the JD tour and talked to some of the locals running the stores for a while. I'd go back.

It seems like a lot middle of the road restaurants (in La) has slipped in quality and you are probably right with foreign seafood, but that's not anything new for what I call "middle of the road" restaurants. Ever seen the shrimp from China? They are all the same size and they arrive in blocks of ice and they are all in rows and columns in the ice. I want to know how they get them like that.
And Wendy's is like all the other old chain fast food joints. shite quality

Here’s what I find when I travel - most of America is not what the internet might have you believe. .

We have two in the middle of nowhere. They were installed, taken down and then reinstalled because of politics and government money. I honestly don’t even know if they work, but they are there.

Rural America hates Joe. The big cities just hate Trump or so they say.

I'll be honest unless they get the order wrong, I can't recall having an inedible/bad Wendy's burger. I'm no advocate for Wendy's or fast food generally, but it's a pretty reliable product IMO if you're getting classic or whatever they call it.

I'm about as rural as it gets. Very few people talk about national politics in my area these days. I see almost no bumper sticker or t shirts and very little discussion. In marked contrast to 2016 and 2020. Most of the ones who bother to vote will do so for Trump but the atmosphere is much different now.
Not drawing any conclusions, just an observation.

Absolute lie, I see them all over North Texas and seen several in south Oklahoma. Nashville will have plenty, don't lie.

He also said he went to New Orleans, Nashville, Austin, and Dallas and didn’t see a single pride flag. I’d venture to say most of this post is made up.

I’m in a suburb but also get out on the road in rural areas, and have noticed the same thing. There are some Trump flags and stickers, but not as many as in past election years. And Biden signs/stickers are non existent. A really stark contrast to 2020.
