Can estimate if need be.

Played bball not football so never really got an official time but was faster than the kid who ran a 4.6 but slower than the kid who ran a 4.5. Both played D1 football so id imagine their times were pretty accurate.

Given the above I must have been a low 4.6 guy. Maybe could claw my way into the 4.5s on a good day.

Best was sub 4.4.

I'd like to say I'm a 4.2 guy, but I'm just not.

My 11 year old just did 40 in 5.61, 5.31 shuttle and 6 ft long jump, at the lsu youth football camp. Don’t know if that’s good

Ran an official 4.5 in high school.

Unofficial 4.43 in college. Sophomore year of college was prob my peak athletic time in my life.

38 years old was prob my peak physical endurance shape of my life. 3:47 in the 26.2.

So you were faster than the average NFL corner or WR?

4.67 or some shite, but it was hand timed, so probably closer to a 4.8

I played cornerback so I only trained running backerds.

I could run a 4.4 (wind-aided) backwards (+/- 100%)

I don't know how fast he is, but Gaston's kid kicked a field goal about a quarter of a mile...
