I expect a guilty verdict.

This is, after all, New York. If a guilty verdict is returned, on what grounds will an appeal be made? How does that appeal process work in New York? How fast does it work? And ultimately, can this appeal process work its way to the SCOTUS?

Stupid leftists.

The left is wasting Trump's time, money, and energy. Which is probably their intention.

Wouldn't be surprised.
Can NY judges set aside jury verdicts and impose their own ruling?
That would be entertaining.

Bought and paid for before it started

Even if he’s guilty it does nothing. He won’t go to jail and it won’t stop him from running. I don’t see if swaying any voters decision either

I think Trump wants a guilty verdict.

No way this shitbird of a judge does that.

This could possibly be the biggest FAFO moment in recent history.
I'll be waiting for the gifs.

Well, we all know that YOU do.

How does Merchan hand down a sentence when he never stated what crime has been committed? Does the jury even know what they are trying to decide he is guilty of?

And if you sincerely think that the only plausible explanation would be what, exactly?

No way these jurors weren't paid off or threatened.

Seems like there is a lot of reversible error in this trial. The whole thing is a farce. They just want to tag Trump as a felon and maybe even try to jail him in an election year.

He and. his boyfriends are chilling the champagne as we type.

It provides Trump with the “proof” that the deep state and democrats are out to get him and that he is the outsider victim. That’s the very core of his campaigning. If he is not convicted, then there is fairness in the system and only a few bad apples out there picking on him. If he is convicted in New York on this charge, he can beat that drum relentlessly until the election. It will add a measure of truth to his claims of victim hood.

I'm hopeful that at least 1 or 2 people on the jury see this case for what is really is, the rest of the country does.
If they were watching the MSM where a lot of those people were questioning the trial in general, I think they might find him not guilty.

But not all jurors are from NY. Without knowing enough, but going with the basics, I'm thinking the I.T. guy from NC may not be a total hater. Now if he's a gay tranny then that would change my opinion. The lawyers may have more integrity than this board lawyers and may respect the profession enough to not want to degrade it in the way this judge has allowed. Unless there is fear they will have to be in his court one day.
The fear factor for getting doxxed is an unknown too.
Legit jurors, NYC or not, looking at it right would not find him guilty.
They should just take a vote from the start and ask who thinks he guilty of them all, if so they should just knock it out quickly and get out of there by EOW.
I don't think anyone willing to say no on them all from the get go will be convinced otherwise so just don't waste time, so another by EOW situation.
If this goes into next week still then I'm thinking they are trying to find just one guilty to agree on.
Just takes one to delay it all and won't hear of it again as it's just attempted election interference anyway

This is what the jury is being served for lunch

agree, after hearing the multiple ways you can decide to rule even if its the sum or a percentage of a part of another part of the lack of evidence, you can then choose to agree on the part of the group of parts to find him guilty.
