Dear lord, this guy is a one man wrecking crew to whatever the prosecution was trying to prove.

Defence attorney Todd Blanche is homing in on Cohen's testimony last week about his meeting with Trump Organisation's chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, when they figured out how to reimburse the lawyer-cum-fixer.
It included money related to RedFinch, a tech company that was taken on to rig online polls in Trump's favor.
Cohen just described withdrawing $20,000 from his bank over two days, and then handing it to the boss of the company in a brown paper bag.
The company was owed $50,000 but that was enough to 'placate' its boss, said Cohen.
Yet, when it came to settling up between Weisselberg and Cohen, Cohen admits he asked for the full $50,000 reimbursement (seen the handwritten note below).
'You stole from the Trump Organisation, right,' asks Blanche. 'Yes sir,' said Cohen.
Trump shakes his head at the admission. He has not been paying much attention to the testimony up to that point. In fact, because the numbers were doubled it meant that Cohen benefited by much more than $30,000. Blanche asks: 'Did you ever plead guilty to larcen

We should totally believe everything this guy and his pornstar associate says.
Nothing to see here…

And the Manhattan DA never charged him. Hmmm.

Its hard to believe that out of all of the cases, this piece of shite case was the one to make it to trial. Really tests the theory of Democrats being evil geniuses.
This case was always utter trash, completely devoid of any legal reality, and it relies on a pornstar that has made several different statements about all of this and Cohen, a total liar that has lied at every stage of everything repeatedly.
This will really test whether a New York jury just doesn't give a shite about reality or not.

NY was their most friendly venue outside DC, so it making it to trial regardless of merits was high.
I don’t think they intended to hang their hat on this but Jack Smith and Fani Willis fricked up so badly they had no other option to get what they wanted.

His credibility issues aside, his testimony was still damning for Trump.

That's how bad this case is though. It is fricking asinine. It doesn't really exist in any legal reality.
A New York jury would convict a ham sandwich if they were told it was a Republican, but this case is that bad where it might not happen.
At least the 2 Jack Smith cases have SOME legal reality even if they wouldn't have been brought against any one else and 100% shouldn't have been.

Would like to hear SFP's thoughts on what instruction to the jury would be appropriate vis a vis Cohen's testimony.

Cohen slept with Stormy and mortgaged his house to hide it. Then sought reimbursement from Trump to cover up his affair.

This will only endear him more with the left. Thievery is very much within their wheelhouse

How many of these companies are out there?
How many of the colleges rig their polls?
How many MSM outlets rig their polls?
They are all worthless, but every one of them will claim ours is legitimate.

Sounds like he just missed the 5 year statute of limitations for the state of NY for grand larceny...
But, now we have this weird question of did Brag know he committed a crime and let it slide for this testimony...
And also since he admitted to it in court, can it now be grounds for a civil suit?

Probably.
But it certainly asks question as to whether this was a campaign finance violation if this shithead was lying to the org about how much he needed and for what.

Nah frick that
Didn’t NY pass a law to extend statute of limitations by a year bc of covid?

If Trump hasn’t had this idiot killed, then he’s not guilty of a fricking thing.

That’s interesting. I’d seen a tweet a few weeks ago about Cohen banging Stormy, then colluding with her against Trump. Do you have links to more info?
