Am I a bad person?

I was on my way home this morning. As I was driving down the road I seen what appeared to be a woman ODing and her boyfriend standing next to her looking worried. They both clearly look strung out and are off the deep end. I was getting ready to call 911 but then thought to my self “This chick has probably did this multiple time and will do it again so what’s the point” so I drove off.

Had multiple drug addicts we beg them to get help. They chose not to we stopped caring because they didn’t. They eventually got clean on their own when they were ready. They are doing fine now, i experienced this and its the consequences of their own decisions.
