That is cool. So many of them are plated.

Congrats on all the serial killer memorabilia and that sweet token. Makes you wonder what led that prostitute down the path to her inevitable demise.

Ephemera literature is what I used to really liked to find at estate sales. Most people either don't want it or throw it away. It's getting harder to find because that generation is fading fast. I used to only pick what I really found unique then saw less and less. Maybe it was just the sales I was going to had less?
I have a nice little collection. I may have the steamboat one from above. The New Orleans advertisement is a really good find, imo.

That "How to Keep Your VW Alive" spiral bound is in the best condition I've ever seen for one that old. Those spiral bound ones go for decent money on ebay. The fact that it has a cover at all is impressive, it's legible and everything!

You find some unusual literature groups.

I wake this morning to find the uranium lamp is booming. I received three offers, between $50-$100. It may surprise me.

Some of the ephemera that I found for $1 each that may bring decent money:
VW book (~$50)
Surface Anatomy (~$50)
BRHS yearbook (no comps)
Love Charms (~$50)
Human Dissection (no comps)
I really haven’t looked the rest up.

Uranium glass is hot right now

I’ve always done well with uranium glass. It’s very easy to spot, and most people have it marked for pennies, like this lamp for $2. It’s a shame the shade is broken. It could be fixed so it will hang again. I’m thinking they should superglue a ring to the top of it.
I have a flashlight that has a blacklight setting on it.

You are not the first to comment on my foot. What’s with all you foot freaks? If you want, I’ll sell you foot pics.

That is not always a deficiency.
Also-Antique you should get a booth in the Artist Loft on Antioch. Plenty of people will buy your items.

I had a friend (he passed away a couple of years ago) who would go to garage sales. He was primarily looking for all the odd literature that showed up. I met him through ebay when I acquired some original marketing literature for a 1969 Chrysler 300 from him. He told me that he often got thank you's from his customers for finding some paper they could not find anywhere else. I thought about him when I saw you VW literature. Someone is going to be very happy to be able to find that book.

That turns into too much like a job. I like my casual approach to my hobby.
