What does empowering women mean?

Sometimes in life various company’s mission statements make their way to my world. When I see them, they always list empowering women as one of their missions. What are they empowering women to do? What power do they not have already that they are trying to gain? Once a woman is empowered, what sets her apart from other women and men?

Men subjugating themselves

Taking power from men. Thats the end goal. Im not discounting the equality of women just stating the facts of the current movement.

Being a woman, I feel empowered when I have the means to protect myself. Second Amendment rights are especially important for females.

Electing someone like Biden, and then enabling weakness, like inviting wars and eventually famine, as people run out of money trying to force weak policies that don’t work, like empowering , the flavour du jour…

Are some American women empowered and others aren’t? If I order meal prep from company an instead of company b, does that automatically empower a few women because company A’s mission statement says that’s what they do? Can you tell if a woman is empowered by looks?

It feels like it has the opposite effect. Constantly stating that they have to be “empowered” is like insinuating to them and everyone else they don’t organically command any power / respect.
I read it as “remember, you need help.”
I’d be insulted not comforted

If that is what an empowered woman looks like, then I’ve never met a woman that wanted to look empowered. Never met a man the was attracted to that kind of looking woman, empowered.

What you should be questioning is "empowering" implies a transition of power from one to another.
To give authority to; to delegate power to; to commission; to authorize (having commonly a legal force)
So, this already subjugates women implying that they need to be given power from those in control.
So it is men who have the power ALLOWING women to have the power that they wield.
Let's not pretend that women have the physical power that men have. Men can bend others to their will by force.
Women instead have a greater power. That is to subdue and control men through guile.
Let's not forget that. Nature is perfect and you can see countless examples of supremely powerful men being brought to heel by women throughout history. Each has their place and they know their roles. Neither sex is supreme.

Same thing as diversity. Another keyword for fewer white men.

Y'all are all wrong.
It means calling a dude in a dress "she."
That's the latest definition, anyway.

Empowering means encouraging women to forego their most fulfilling biological disposition of caring for children in favor of soulless careers maximizing shareholder value like their 'privileged' male counterparts.

Without sounding racist or chauvinistic (and even if you think so, I don't care) but the idea of women and/or minorities becoming the dominant employment/management force in a business or corporation, simply does not work. I was in the professional world for 40 years, my younger wife is still in it. She will be the first to tell you, as a woman and a minority, that too many 'empowered' women with their feelings and insecurities make working almost impossible. They want men to accept them as equals and share their point of view. What I have noticed with blacks, particularly black women, they are fine as a few employees, but once they become a dominant element in the workplace, their attitudes change, they then hang out together, start to avoid or turn negative toward other employees. The push to stamp out the conservative, alpha white male from power is destroying America for the sake of diversity...

She's has jars of pickled nuts of the "men" she emasculated and other jars with aborted fetus' on her book shelves.
That's all this shite is, to make men less then men and have control over life because they couldn't keep their legs closed or use protection

Can you tell if a woman is empowered by looks?
Yes, you can.
Hot, attractive women are exponentially more powerful than unattractive, blue haired, commie footsoldiers.
The proof is all over the internet.
Instahoes have followers that can be monetized.
Blue hairs, social outcasts, not so much.
Looks and appearance are the original power equalizer.
