Reagan- Bush 1980. People were so sick of Carter. Didn't care for Bush, but I liked Reagan. Voted Reagan again in '84 as a student at LSU. Lived in Kirby Smith those days. Fun times. We didn''t know what we had Didn't see another Alpha President until Trump.

1980, voted for Anderson because I couldn't stand Carter and there was so much negative press about Reagan. I've voted for the Republican POTUS candidate in every election since then though. Learned to NEVER trust what the press tells you between '80 and '84, sometimes they're truthful but they seem to have a hidden agenda.

W’s first election, and I cast a vote for him in the name of FREEDOM!!! Haha… I wish I could have a little chat with 18 year old me. If only I had known what I know now.

2004, I was a junior in college. A real turd sandwhich vs giant douche election. I was basically pressured into voting so I went with Ralph Nadar.

1976 - Carter. 20 years old.
1980 - Reagan, after having learned my lesson.

1976 shamefully voted for Jimmy Carter.
No shame in Carter!
Only real Christian we ever had in the White House
Probably the smartest POTUS ever.
Nixon / Ford / Carter just all had the misfortune of being POTUS during the oil shocks and the greatest wealth transfer in a few short years from over a century of America as the arsenal of Democracy to the oil lords in less than a generation.
Starting with Ronnie all POTUS since have just gone deeper in debt and pushed the mess to the next POTUS.
