This is a very small and exclusive list, so kudos to those fans whose program has managed to accomplish this feat:
1894 Yale Bulldogs (16-0)
1897 Pennsylvania Quakers (15-0)
2018 Clemson Tigers (15-0)
2019 LSU Tigers (15-0)
2022 Georgia Bulldogs (15-0)
2023 Michigan Wolverines (15-0)
ETA: My bad with the dates guys. No excuses.

Hard to win 15 if you don’t play 15

Wouldn't it be 2023 since Georgia won in 2022?

And it's 2022 Georgia, but who's counting?

I don’t see an Alabama team on that list…

Nah, it’s just a dumb list.
Are the 2022 Kansas City Chiefs (17-3) better than the 1972 Miami Dolphins (17-0)?

Champ this year will probably be 16-0 or 15-1

The 2022 Chiefs likely win that one pretty easily. Too much offense.

Nearly every winner going forward now will be on this list due to the expanded playoffs so will we still care about 15 wins or will we throw a huge parade for first 16 or 17-game winner?

Considering that most of the members of the '72 Dolphins are now in their 70s? Probably. I think the question you need to be asking is this: what would it look like if the 1972 Miami Dolphins could somehow be time warped to the present while in their primes and given the same sports science advantages modern athletes enjoy today? Even then...you have to take into account the fact that both teams are playing two completely different sports.

Will they?
IIRC, there were ten seasons with a four team playoff. In those ten seasons, 4 teams went undefeated.
It’s obviously mathematically harder to win 16 games than 15. But I’d also consider things like eliminating divisions and rematches making it more difficult, at least in theory. The longer season means increased potential for injury. You might also argue that teams now know they can suffer a loss and still get in the playoffs.

With that said, I do think at some point in the near future, a team will go 16-0, and the first team will get a huge parade, with the second a little less.
My guess would be the first 17-0 team, at least under the 12 team format, would be from a non P4 league and would make headlines for that.

2019 LSU would have gone 17-0 easily with the new expanded playoffs.
