Why doesn’t the Left view abortion though the prism of oppressor/oppressed?

The Left is known for framing arguments based on the status of whether a person is oppressed or the oppressors.
With the Palestinians and Jews, the Jews are the oppressors and the Palestinians are the oppressed, so they must be defended.
With transgenderism, the trans person is being oppressed by all those who view it as abnormal.
When it comes to black crime, the black criminal is the oppressed and the police are the oppressors.
With illegals immigration, the immigrants are the oppressed and the citizens, the oppressors.
We could go on and on.
But when it comes to the topic of abortion, we have a vulnerable
child who didn’t asked to be conceived and is totally at the mercy of its mother, not being viewed as the oppressed?
Clearly, if anyone is being oppressed, it’s a child in the womb who is denied life by its oppressor mother.
Not only is she the babies oppressor, but she is his/her judge, jury and executioner if she chooses the path of abortion.
We should force to Left to live consistently by their own ethos.

Intersectionality is a Marxist ploy. It isn't really about oppressor versus oppressed it's about seizing power, a means to an end. Unborn babies can't vote or give you money therfore they have no value to a leftist. It really is that simple.

They do! But to abortion proponents, women are being oppressed by being denied the agency to terminate their pregnancies. I’m not arguing that this is the logical way to view it, just sharing their viewpoints.

The Lefties push victimhood every chance they get, particularly when directed at issues supported by white, Christian Republicans. It is selective and doesn’t have to make sense.

O.k.,
incells feel like they are being oppressed by being denied the agency to have sex with women who don't find them attractive.
How stupid does the justification have to get before someone is willing to admit that the Emperor isn't wearing any clothes?

I don’t see how anyone can ever make this claim. The woman has the decision to have sex or not have sex. The woman has the decision to use birth control or not use birth control. The woman has the decision to keep the baby or abort it. The baby has no decision rights or any rights at all.
Unless the woman was raped, she has all the power in the process and can’t be viewed as oppressed.

This. It’s a categorical difference in perspective.

This is on par as students who take college loans, but then don’t want to repay them. After the loan had been agreed upon, it’s too late to decide after the fact to not pay.
The Left never wants to be held accountable for its actions

I’d have more respect for those who abort their babies if they’d admit it’s human child sacrifice.

They do. The women are their oppressed and the men are their oppressors.
The disagreement is such a simple one. We, who are opposed to abortion, think the fetus is a human child. They think it is not yet a human being.

Careful, your use of logic and reason could be interpreted as an attack from a Christian Nationalist.

It’s puzzling given the eugenic-racist roots of abortion. And the disproportionate amount of Black babies murdered. Sad.

It’s absolutely bonkers that Planned Parenthood was founded by an outspoken eugenicist that wanted to cull the black population and other “undesirables” via abortions. This organization is lauded by the left.
Very progressive.

Devil’s advocate here - an embryo/zygote/ clump of cells is not a “child” and therefore cannot be “oppressed.”

How do you feel then in cases of rape where the woman has lost that agency?

That's why they dehumanize the unborn (fetus, blob of cells, tissue). Easier to not care about them as humans.
Just like the same people did during slavery

Child sacrifice is a sacrament in their godless religion of self.

Ehhh a slave is literally a walking, talking, thinking individual with personal agency. By no possible definition is a “clump of cells” a person. If you want to make the argument that they could potentially become a person, I’d buy that, but that opens up other problematic doors too.
