Young American Family w/Traditional Values Flees To Russia

Never in my life thought this would be a thing but I really can't blame them.
For those who just want a normal healthy place to raise a family, it certainly seems a viable option for those with the resources.

I prefer the Bill of Rights.

Russia?

There’s nothing smart or moral about moving to a country objectively poorer than America where your kids will have fewer opportunities.
Also, this schtick about Russia being some place with strong families is simply not borne out by the data. Outside of the rich areas, there is horrific substance addiction, idleness, crime, etc.
Why not just move to Utah?

A while back I read the average Russian woman has some insane number of abortions. Like 5-7.
*ETA: this was way before Russia's invasion in 2022.
Russia is also a country where a massive population of their males are basically committing slow suicide every year via alcoholism.

You mean where kids are being bitten and scratched by furries?

Move to Utah…the population majority that believes in a heretical religion of Satan. Yep, nope.
30,000 Orthodox Churches have been built/rebuilt in Russia in last 30 years since fall of USSR.
Russia encourages and rewards the family unit and farm land is abundant and Americans are warmly received by ex-pat communities who are raising their families in a land not beholden to the LGBTQIABCD agenda.
So yep, run down a family seeking a place that aligns with their spiritual values…I’m sure your ancestors came here for same reasons.

Well, I am so glad for them. They got the change they "thought" they wanted.
Unfortunately for them, their unreality is about to become reality.

Andrei is former Soviet navy who lives in the state of Washington. He is an interesting follow -- loves where he lives, but thinks the U.S. has gone completely insane and western civilization is mostly in decline. Here is his entry on this:

... again. Do not idealize Russia, she has problems but those problems, like Middle Asia migration, are being solved. These people are Christians, their kids will become American Russians in no time, they will pick up language with a lighting speed. This is happening more and more...
Yes, the future for European stock children (and their parents) is in Russia, maybe Hungary if Hungary understands that she will need to join eventually BRICS emerging security configuration to repel inevitable attempts on her sovereignity by kinetic means of NATO/EU. The floodgates are opening as I predicted years ago--the creek will become a river. These people are welcomed in Russia with open arms. Children--they are the true treasure in every respect. They are national wealth.

Sounds like a target rich environment for a dude that doesn't drink.
Too bad Russian women age like milk.

I dated a Russian girl once. I asked her how old she was when she first tried vodka. She told me 9 and when I asked her why she told me because it was cleaner than the drinking water they had access to so they would drink it with dinner every night. And yes, her father all her uncles etc were alcoholics. Typical Russian story.
