.22 LR semi auto pistol reccomendations

I've got a .22 can in silencer jail. I plan on putting it on the M&P 15-22 mostly but I think a handgun would be fun to have as well. Most of the .22s handguns I have shot don't cycle all that great. Even the rifles I've shot struggle except the M&P. Love the M&P. Bought it on advice from this board.
I see FN has a FNH 502 tactical that has a threaded barrel. Anyone shot one of those and is it worth a crap? I don't really have a "budget" per se but would like to keep it around $500 or less unless something is that much better for more.

The Taurus and the keltec 22s are cheap(ish) and well reviewed, and come with threaded barrels

Will just comment on what I own.
Browning Buckmark. Mine is old. Bought it in the 90s and didn't have a threaded barrel. Several years ago I replaced the barrel with a Tactical Solutions barrel. Saved a ton of weight and still stupid accurate. Very reliable for a .22.
S&W M&P compact .22. This little gun is pretty great. Accurate for its size and very reliable. Not too bad on price either.
Sig P322. I within the last 2 weeks sent this one back to Sig to get it worked on and have not taken out to shoot it since I got it back. The slide lock-back lever would not hold the slide to the rear. They fixed that. The magazine has to be loaded a particular way otherwise you can have rounds that won't feed. That gets pretty frustrating. But, the gun is very accurate. Hope it performs better.
Several revolvers and my favorite is a Ruger Single Six. None will suppress though.

My walther ppq M22 threaded eats anything. I don’t think it’s ever failed to feed.
Also have a Ruger 22/45 with tac solutions upper that is great too

Sig saur makes the P322 handgun. 22lr comes with optics cut ready for red dot and rail. Also comes with threaded barrel and flat and curved trigger. 2 magazines and hold 20+1. I dont know how it cycles with a can on it but the handgun is about 400 bucks brand new.

My Taurus TX22 with a suppressor has been flawless, believe it or not. Unless it’s extremely anemic ultra quiet rounds, it cycles well. Awesome gun especially for the price.

I just bought a Ruger mk 4 stainless 10” bull barrel. Can’t wait to shoot it.

I have a little Keltec 22 that will shoot anything you feed it. It's a fun little gun to shoot cans.

I’d recommend the PPQ 5”. Runs 12 rd mags. Pretty good deal at CDNN currently, $269 and don’t think they charge tax.

Oops, you’re looking to run suppressed, that one’s gonna run you about $350+.

Browning 1911-22 is my fav. I’ve never had issues with it cycling.

Sorry. I accidentally posted on this thread instead of the other Accessorizing a 10/22 thread. Moved my post to there.

I have several Taurus guns, one being the TX22 others have mentioned. It’s a fantastic pistol, especially for the price. Feels like a full size handgun only lighter.
Usually load it with CCI Stingers or Mini Mags but it also runs Winchester bulk .22 and Remington Thunderbolt. Probably 400-500 rounds through it with just a couple of jams, FTE or FTL and those were early. It’s a machine now. Fun to shoot. I have the base version with no optics or other accessories, just straight out of the box. I’ll probably look at putting optics on it at some point.
I believe it was Handgun of the Year by Guns & Ammo magazine in 2019. Taurus has come a long way in quality and dependability. Definitely recommend.
